Project BG2006/018-343.08.02 "Further Development of the process of the Bulgarian Customs Administration Computerisation and Development of a National System for Administering the Excise Duty Entirely by the Customs Administration" 

• Component 2.4 "Extension of the Excise management system (EMS.1) including all EMCS requirements" - budget EUR 2 736 000

The Service Contract was signed on 30 November 2008. The Contractor is Consortium Intrasoft Vereo. The project is aimed at extending the Bulgarian Excise Management System with all interconnectivity requirements of EMCS 2&3.

TRANSITION FACILITY

Project BG2007/019-303.06.04 "Development of a National System for Administering the Excise Duty Entirely by the Customs Administration" - budget EUR 835 000

The Service Contract was signed on 30 November 2008. The Contractor is Consortium Sirma. The project is aimed at the development of an information system for automation of the activities related to the administering of excise duties, including excise bonded warehouses and control on excise products in line with the EU standards and requirements in this field.
